I happened to stumble on the Epic Armageddon tournament at Adepticon yesterday and the friendly folks there filled me in on everything Epic - and of course I am hooked (thinks for taking the time to show me around etc.). I managed to pick up a good haul of Space Marine models from one of the vendors so I'm ready to dive in and start painting. My question is about infantry basing - do the bases have to be square/rectangular or would round ones be OK as long as they are within the size limit? I saw a few pics online where someone used round bases and I really like the look. |

Max size is 40mm*40mm. Min size is 20mm*5mm. Anything within is okay. I even saw triangular bases ! |

Fenris Games laser cut ply bases are my recommendation. They're reasonably priced, good quality and do a huge range of shapes and sizes and will custom make ones on order. |
