So I just acquired dozens of new knights incl. Errants, Paladins, Lancers, Barons etc.

But where are these four dudes called?

(I assume the number four, far right one, is a Warden)

The one on the left is a Paladin. The other three are all Wardens. When Knights were released for AT, there were three minis for each type of Knight (Paladin, Warden and Lancer).

Hi!

Yup. Back in the day the fluff for knights described that older knight pilots used these slower, but heavily armed and armored knights called wardens, since they had a more defensive role as well as heavy support. This particular type was "transformed" under second edition into those castellan and custodian knights which were more heavy/support, but were no longer called "wardens".

I really like these variants as I currently use them as the HQ or leader types for netepic style knight companies.

Thanks guys

I may just use all four as wardens then since the first one is not very much like a Paladin
