how are these interesting for epic players? the warseer post states clearly that those are either plastic kits or finecast models

Conversions and inclusions in new lists.

I wish GW spent more time developing new races and armies rather than these new unit choices and the 40k canon injections that come with them. The background and unit selection was rich enough as it was without adding in new stuff and saying that it's been there all along.

I am fairly sure these are just the same rumours from a while back that have been recycled - the previous ones were conclusively debunked.

From theonering.net, apparently. More fulsome list is there. It's older than I thought, actually - didn't check the date on the original post. Oops. It may well be the debunked set.

I've got to agree, Dave, for all that I'm vaguely curious what they're going to do with the Land Avenger.

These were published as part of several rumoured kits for 40K some time ago. Nothing that I've seen suggests that this has any implications for Epic at all.

It would be pretty solid intel that GW will release no new Epic ... However, the rumor may be they may release some of the existing line in resin ... But don't take that to the bank ... yet ... if ever ?

Yeah, they're definitely the old set. Sorry.

Though the relevance is as Dave said - the possibility of conversions and new units, even without new models.

If looking for "new" models in scale with Epic check out Exodus Wars, Microworld, DRM, etc. ...
