The registration for Adepticon is now open and I only see 1 Epic event. Is this the standard "Tournament" that we saw last year. I know that there was a second event for the non-tournament goers. Will there be one? |

After a bit of research, it appears Dropship Pilot, who ran last year's narrative game, hasn't logged on since may. So I suspect he won't be running one this year. That said, Epic tournaments in general are very friendly events. Even if you're rusty, we'd love to have you alng. |

I can't speak for the US guys, (although I'm pretty sure it's the same story as it is here in the UK) but epic tournaments are fantastic events, while everybody plays to win, it's still a great experience, you don't get people sulking or playing stupidly beardy lists (well.... not much) just a bunch of guys wanting to have a great time playing a great game, we have lots of first timers at UK tournaments, many of whom have only played a handful of games, (I was one of them myself) the fact that most of them keep coming back, says a lot about the experience in a very positive way basically, epic is a game for grown ups, it attracts more mature players who understand that the game and not just the winning, is the fun part! my favourite ever game was a 4-0 kicking by Tiny-tim, I lost badly but it was awesome nonetheless! |

I ask because last year I wasn't allowed to play the army that I own, being Tyranids. If Dropship Pilot is MIA I guess I'm out this year. Hopefully he will return, he was a nice guy. |

would they consider the EUK tyranid list? it has its flaws, but it's been tournament legal here in the UK for quite a while..... |
