| Post subject: | WE cover modifier? |
As we all know, Infantry in BtB with an AV get the -1 to hit cover modifier. We also are aware that WE block LOS. Do INF in BtB with WE (arrgh, acronym overload!), but not blocked, get the cover modifier? |
