Has anyone created any scenarios in E:A or Epic40k where you have 1 or more army going up against a monster of some kind? Was just looking through some models on other sites and wondered how interesting it would be fighting against a creature that wasn't subject to normal strategies ie you would play your army as normal, and then roll on behalf of the randomly rampaging beast.. |

I haven't heard of any. Honestly, I think you'd end up with what was basically a dicefest. Multiple Squiggoths suggests itself. |

I vaguely remember someone posting a "Godzilla"-style scenario once. The main "trick" was some system whereby the monster activated more than once each turn. I'm afraid I can't remember who it was that posted it though. |

Yeah that's the sort of thing. Every time you do anything like roll to attack or move you then have to roll to see what the monster does. 1-4 and he does nothing, 5 he moves and 6 he attacks. Could basically turn into a single player version for jonny no mates like me (or at least no mates who are interested in playing!). I should really stop daydreaming and just get on with painting cause I think that will attract people to play... |
