Hi everyone!

Usually the leader ability lets you remove one additional BM when regrouping or rallying.

What if I have a broken formation and I rally them, usually they get BMs for half the units. So what about leader in this case?

If I have, say, 6 units, broken formation; I manage to rally them, I get 3 BM. If I had a leader, would the unit only get 2 BMs?

I read the same in the rulebook. I was just not sure because the text is about removing extra BMs.

When regrouping or rallying when not broken you get to remove BMs. But when you rally a broken formation, you actually do not remove BMs, you get BMs. So I was not sure...

anyway, it makes kind of more sense this way, so I'll play it like this in the future!

This is incorrect; when you rally you get Blast markers and then remove half:
