I can't see anything that dictates which player must place teleporting units first. Anyone know? For example, a recent game highlighted the need for order in teleports when the Eldar Avatar was able to teleport in response to a Terminator formation's teleport, thereby placing itself between the Terminators and their engage target formation. From my reading of the rules, this seems to be acceptable. What does the community say? |

I've always played that the higher strategy rating chooses whether or not to place their teleports first. Avatars aren't technically teleporting, but I always play it as happening in the same phase as such. |
