Hi Primarch et al , they're the Saim Hann craftworld speed frea- er, I mean Ravenwi- er, I mean rather good jetbike troops, which are a core option for Saim Hann craftworld (40K) armies. Apparently S-H craftworld is the 'wildest' Eldar craftworld still around, and their guardians tend towards red (with black trim and white serpent emblems) jetbikes and Vypers. Very fast, very mobile, but I'm not sure how effective they'd be in Epic without a few heavies to back them up - and I'm speaking without having seen the list, so - mega-disclaimer: I don't know what I'm talking about.. They're highly mobile troops which effectively ARE transports (if you get what I mean), so they can't be too bad; but I'm not too sure how they'd do against heavy vehicles and barrages. If I'd had my way, I'd restrict Titans in this list to Revenants only, if at all. And now I'll go check out the list..... ..and leave it to Mojarn to provide the full historical and demographic specifics of Saim Hann jetbikes. |
