Hi, thanks to a generous friend, I have just received Fanatic Mag 8. Shows the new Eldar releases, and a small crappy picture of Swordwind. Falcons are shown as blister of 5. 6 Anti-Grav platforms per pack. 6 Vypers per pack. 6 Walkers per pack. 6 Night Wings per pack. 4 Wave Serpents per pack. 4 Dire Avengers, 4 Fire Dragons and an Exarch strip in one blister. Eldar Warhost is two of the old sprues (as was said before). No prices are printed though. Other Epic stuff is an Eldar tactics article which is just a load of posts taken from the SG Epic forums thrown together. I've not read it through thoroughly yet, but it looks quite general from what I have looked at. There's also the standard Epic question on the letters page asking why Dark Eldar aren't being released for Epic. (How many times has this been printed/answered so far?) Not a lot else Epic-wise. I have noticed from a leaked GW release sheet that Fanatic #11 is being released. I was under the impression that #10 was the last "real" mag before it became an online magazine! |

There was a note about this on the Epic forums. Think they said that 10 is definitely the last. |

It isn't. ?Fanatic mag stops at #10. ?That is a fact, stated multiple times by Jervis Jonson and other SG people. Its probably the case that the release schedule was done before the descision to stop fanatic mag was made, and no one has bothered to take fanatic mag 11 off of the list. Rob |

I think that the cause of these rumours re FanMag#11 is that the sheets were possibly printed before the cancellation was announced. Even if that was not the case, then there is a good chance someone simply forgot to remove it from the sheet before sending it out to stores. Feshmetal> Any chance of a full contents list, chief? |

Hi, main content of this issue = spelling mistakes. Fanatic mag has always been bad, but this is just rubbish. Other than that, lets see... - Tyranid Tactics for BFG (yet to read all this) - BB Elf Playbook (part 1 of 2 for some reason) - Epic Eldar Tactics (just stuff taken from the SG forums, having read it now, half of it is stuff I remember reading a while ago and thinking was pointless. It's ok for people who don't really follow Eldar though.) - Inquisitor Enviromental Conditions - Mordheim Dwarf Treasure Hunter/Call To Arms report - Necromunda "Dust Falls" (scenarios, etc) - Warmaster Scenario Generator/part 2 of the Cards from last issue. No Bo5A stuff at all (was looking forward to a batrep, but thats next issue). Next issue also has an Epic Eldar painting guide, which will hopefully be different to the one in Swordwind, but should hopefully also mean that the Eldar are available to buy by that point. Just got Fan Mag #7!  ?Old news, but not for us here in the Colonies! ? Too bad they don't show the Bo5A terrain. For Epic the pics of the old Gorgons and other Siege Army stuff is interesting... I put my Gorgon II's and III's with my DoK too. The Mk.I is the Minelayer/clearer from SM-1 days and cannot carry troops. Those are with my other Rgts. ? Oh well, now to await #8. I'll read more of #7 at work today!
