Well, where in Toronto are you, Captsin?

I live near Allen rd. so the 401 is close. Oakville isn't too far of a drive. Sometimes I'm even in Hamilton for the odd weekend on Sundays.

I'd love a game sometime. PM me.

There are people who still, occasionally, play EPIC at the GW Bunker in Oakville and I've got several friends who play in Hamilton.

Not everyone even have a "GW bunker", and the local other shop just told me in no uncertain terms that they don't want us to play anything but "active and cost effective" games on their otherwise splendid tables.
And as I don't play 40k, FB or Warmachine and not really FoW I'm out of there. :sus:

So some GW employees aren't allowed to talk about this. So WHO at GW is allowed to talk about this?

I don't tend to play at stores at all.

I've got a 4x6 slab of MDF down in the basement that I throw a coloured drop cloth over for a battlefield; most of the EPIC players I know play at "homes" instead of "shops"... we've even played *outside* on occasion!   :O

It's the *GW licensing department* that's not allowed to talk about it... talking to anyone else there about it is pointless.

The *only* way you could "talk about it" would be if you owned enough shares and brought it up at a share-holders meeting.

Yes, clearly you need a 'voice' to talk to the policy makers.

Dunno, but FFG don't do miniatures and GW gave them an underdeveloped sector of the galaxy to go play in!

Very nice books by the way.

C'mon, we're talking about GW. Since when do they do things that make sense?

Ya I know. I'm just pissed off about these latest developments.

I don't blame you for being pissed and frustrated. I guess I'm so used GW screwing us Epic players that this latest move doesn't faze me.
