Aye, and they've got images by them - always a good sign. Just hope a few more bits and pieces start appearing...

Is it me or does there feet look different? I dont remember them being ball joints. Could be wrong? Love to see them back though. Lets hope for more epic stuff from Forge World.

They were ball joints in the past. No change there.

Damn . . . I've been sweating over trying to get these for MONTHS, and all I had to do was come here and ask you guys? I should have known.

And now, sadly, it says "out of stock" by the newly-released pictures of the warhounds . . . do you think that means they'll be restocking, at least?

If so, color me an idiot for my current bid on a couple on eBay . . . :(

eBay bids can be retracted, y'know.

Craig, if you can give FW a call. They have stocks of things that aren't listed or that are "out of stock". I got a bunch of Tau stuff that way.

Thanks, E&C. Your rating takes a hit if you do that too many times, though. And besides . . . right now I'm paying only slightly more than I would from FW, and I just checked and it's at my max bid price already with a few days to go, so chances are it won't come down to me. Probably.

Thanks, Dave. I'll definitely give that a try!

Nope, there's a button somewhere where you can retract your bid. Honest.

Just to be clear. You can only retract a bid before the auction ends (IIRC).

This is true. However, you do need to give a reason for eBay bid cancellation, and the permitted categories are 'wrong amount entered' or something about the seller description changing. As far as I remember, its actually difficult to retract a bid... although sellers can cancel an item at any time with absolutely no reason... such as if they decide to sell it... Just saying.... not bitter! >:D

Speaking of eBay . . . just got a package in the mail today. What I wish is that people with items would know the difference between "Leman Russ Tanks" and "Leman Russ Demolishers" . . . and of course, once I went back and LOOKED at the picture he included . . . the quality sucked, but you can JUST make out that they were, indeed, Demolishers and not standard Leman Russ Tanks . . . damnit.

wait a minute....

if I decide to sell an item I can cancel it anytime, even if people already bid on it? Say I did not get the price I wanted 10sec before the auction ends, I can just cancel the item?

cheers,

Yes. It has happened to me several times and I have had heated exchanges with eBay bots about it. I am not sure if auctions can be cancelled in the final 24 hours, but the seller can cancel auctions without any reason or consequences otherwise. There are several people who list lots and wait for an offer at which point they cancel it, or even list lots at several places at the same time. It also gets rid of eBays fees.

Does eBay still get the listing fee if the auction is cancelled by the seller?
