Would a 2700 army with titan(s) and flyer(s) be worth it?
I mean is it possible to build well rounded Imperial and Eldar armies?

I played SM with a Warlord Titan at a Epic Tournament at Nashcon back in May and went 2-1 (almost ended up in first place but I didn't know the Eldar rules). It was a monster and it tore up five kinds of hell all over the place. Orks ignored it as best they could, Chaos tried brining it down and failed, only the Eldar and their Titan warship could kill it.

I've played with and without it, and all I can say it's a huge points sink. Not that it isn't worth it, especially with the range of the TLD and GB being increased to 60cm.

With a Warlord, you don't have room for flyers, since you only have 50 points to play with. But maybe if you had some Warhound Titans, that would make a big difference.
