The Dropships are Micro Machine Star Ship Troopers' ... and I detailed and decal'd them to standard !  Note the Div. Insignia in the fuselage !  :D

What do you use for decals? I see you have put decals on a rough surface and they seems to fit nicely? do you have some softener? Or other tricks?

That's an inspired choice, and a great find - I can't recall ever seeing those.  Nice one, anyway!

Thanks Boyz ! ?Yes, I'm having a great time doing terrain ! Most of The Fire Base was done a few years back. ? ?Some "A's" for "Q's" - ?The SST D/Ships, for some reason were hard to find ? I got mine from Maksim ... he's on the other side of the US, 3K miles away ! ?If you all noticed, I used the 101st ABN Div insignia (for some reason I like that patch ! :D ) ... ?**** As for decals - I use a little thing called "Decal Set" ... it's available in most hobby shops. ?I got mine from the Squadron Shop in the mail, years ago. ?I brush a little on the decal, give it a little time to set and then cover it with brush on Polly's Clear Flat to seal it ... So yes I can put them on rough surfaces. ?But I still try to put them on flat smooth surfaces ... and still use the D-Set and clear flat. And all models are sprayed with a clear flat/matt finish too. ****The watch tower is from CinC ... they also have a couple of cool SCi-fi AFVs and they make Renegade Legion Grav Tanks, IIRC ... ?Thanks boys ! ?I figured a Fire Base & Dropships (like Choppers) got together ! ?Sort of a 40K version of 'Nam ! ? I'm using those D/Ships as ARVUS Mk.IIs for my IG ! ?Get Some !! ?:laugh:

Thanks "A" !  Yes those will make good Landers for squads of my IG !  Note the 101 ABN insignia, the first unit I served in as a "shiny new Grunt" 2LT !  I'm going to use the patch on my F/W Arvus?, GW/FW Valks & Vults. I'll even use our Brother Div. patch, the 82d ABN, on some too ! I have the decals, may as well use'm !  Good luck on EBay, I know they have a lot of stuff for 6mm SF !   :)
