If there is I would also like to know, but afaik there are only mdf ruins and they are not really that much gothic.

i've seen some stuff on thingaverse but that's not cost efficient unless you have your own printer

There are quite often 3D printed sets that pop up on Ebay.

If you search for '6mm terrain' or 'epic terrain' etc. I got hold of several complete sci-fi building sets which included some building shells & ruins fairly cheaply.
