Its been some time since I was handy with a paintbrush, so I decided to get some work done on older terrain pieces.

Manufacturer of the buildings? checked the blog but couldn't see it mentioned there, sorry if i missed it.

Any chance of a scale shot with a GW epic mini?

Very nice work. Love the graveyard and the autumnal colours. This kind of terrain is not something you usally see in games of Epic, which adds to the appeal.

It would be a shame (but also a pleasure) to ruin such an idyllic scene with imaginary explosions!

Fair 'nuff!

I dont know who made these. I got them with an Ebay lot years ago.

Here are some pics of a Whirlwind, a Rhino, a stand of Sisters Seraphim proxies I got somewhere, and a Exodus Wars autocannon stand. And no, I havent finished the bases on the vehicles so no comments to that regard :P

This is what I do for all my terrain. I painted the whole board in Beastial Brown (I had Home Depot color-match quarts of paint for me). Then I go over that with Graveyard Earth, which is the predominant color showing. Then a 50/50 mix of Earth and Bleached Bone gets lightly drybrushed around where I want the road to go, leaving some Earth color remaining down the center. Finally, I use an ultra-light drybrush of Bleached Bone to be the tracks themselves. Round this out with a tiny bit of flocking down the center and on the edges of the road, and there you have it :)
