I bought myself on of those:

but I think it has to be more ruined to be used in E:A.

So I am looking for suggestions on how to ruin this building properly. I will maybe break of one tower, and make some holes in the walls. I don't want it too ruined and I don't want the inside to be accessible, otherwise I'd have to design an interior.

One idea was to take a sling and a small metal ball and shoot some holes in it.

Anyone has any ideas?

well, you want it to look convincing.

So lots of rubble, but you'll also need to account for how the real building would break - holes would not be neat circles becuase of the bricks, when the tower is smashed the corners will be slightly stronger than the middle of the wall so will probably be a little taller.

That's assuming they build in brick in the 41st millineium. bits of Rebar poking out look good.
