It's interesting, Rackham (?) made/makes very similar crystals for AT43. Probably all sourced from the same wing of the same Chinese factory (sadly, i guess, I don't imagine there's an entire crystal-making town there)

They looked like only big ones.

I found this site while searching for Ice Terrain. The Small crystal looks like it would be good for making Epic Terrain. On their home page they said they can do custom orders like colors and have good volume discounts. Maybe we should go in on some blue ones? Have them make a small variety of crystals and glue them ourselves? (Well Cement might be better lol)

I've used Evil Mushroom Games resin bases and terrain for my Necron crystal terrain.

These come as plain resin and can be painted how you like.
