I'd recommend a bit of grit on the top - right now it seems improbably flat. But it's pretty cool. :)

Yeah, was tempted to do that, but it would make the models sit unevenly on the surface, so I just dabbed some different shades with a sponge... besides the whole structure seems improbable :p

Well after a long period, I finally completed my skull mountain version two. The top is still flat Knave, but once all my Tyranids fill this piece up, you wouldn't be able to tell :p
