After a long break with Epic I'm going to start painting and building some armies and terrain again. So here's my little Epic terrain blog (hopefully one for my first new army will follow soon
).
First I want to build a modular city for my gaming table. I decided to use 30x30cm square bases made of 3mm MDF with a second MDF layer on top. There will be three different types:
- no roads
- road on one side
- road on two sides

With this I think that I'm flexible enough to arrange some interesting scenery for a gaming table. One exception will be my little airfield which is 30x60cm, I haven't yet decided if there will be another one equally sized as a center for the city.
Here are the first buildings that I have:
- some gothic houses
- a Shrine of the Aquila
- a cathedral
- buildings and landing platforms for my airfield
- the obligatory ruins
