Wow - looks lovely so far! IMHO crenelations around the top and some buttresses would help a lot if you want that 40k feel, along with a couple of Imp. eagles or Ad.Mech. skulls : )

will add imp eagles when painted and some banners thanks for the tips

I agree. Some heavy industrial looking stuff like big pipes and metal machinery sticking in and out of the building would look good too IMO

You could put a small landing pad with a brass etched eagle or Inquisitorial sign in the grounds or on the roof.

You could even have a large Marine figure as a statue at the entrance of the site, mmmm now were have I seen that before

You could add in some abutments along the wall if you want to bring a little gothic flavor create more detail on the walls.  

Crenellations are a good idea and adding some decorative spires to the corners of the building might also be worth considering.

Nice bit of terrain you have created there and, unpainted, it has a real soviet feel to it.
