What's the scale like though? Are the buildings in scale with the 6mm infantry? Hopefully so, stuff like the old plastic epic ruins were. The old metal gw objectives and the nice eldar buildings someone made were scaled smaller (tiny doors and the like) so weren't of interest to me.

The foot print seems larger than the FW, but I mounted it to the optional base.

The English MDF ones seem to have vanished from eBay...

Good news - also be worth speaking to leaxe at Gregster's lab or Sebitar workshop. I think they're in Hungary as well...

Why not. I was planning it ages ago.
If I'll have a little to time I give it a go. :)

About two years ago we (Gregster, Sebitar and myself) started to make these and other buildings together. But later they've thought they could do better without me. So Gregster started making models himself, and they made the planned Indiegogo campaign without me. So now I'm on my way.

Ok, I should have guessed you'd have been aware of each other!!

Either way, they're great designs - I'm particularly interested in the Tau style stuff...

I've started thinking about a Zone Mortalis and Space Hulk inspired system.
The corridors are really small but maybe...
A tile measure 12,5mm x 12,5mm.

The first render (Zone Q):

C&C welcome!

I must admit, I find the idea a novelty at this scale - for me it's the idea of city streets / squares in MDF or resin that really excite me - but the texture of it looks great!

I second the roads idea!

The ZM would be a closet affair. It would spend 99% of the time in the closet.

Talking about roads. Which style do you prefer?

1. Just roads that can be placed in any layout.
Like the old Games Workshop Urban Road?

2. Roads that form a rectangular halo, with separate buildings on bases, that also forms the pavement?
http://jodrell.org/2011/10/15/work-in-progress-epic-imperial-city/

3. Roads that form the whole board, like GW's Sector Imperialis, FW's Cityscape or Secret Weapon's Tablescapes?
