No emplacements, I have some being manufactured that can then be removed. I have emplacements in the trench system, mainly for super heavies.

Keen Viewers may even be able to pick out the Otter-esq graffitti on the Tanks Occupy the high Ground - Reverse Angle picture that cal has already posted.
Look closely at the storage tanks in the background...

The tarmac/concrete base was made from thick cardboard. I grided the paper with 10mm squares and then cal and I etched it... :{[]

You probably can buy it like that, its just easier to cut to shape as card board. Also by drawing a grid allowed us to get an accurate and consistent shape without having to revert to compasses and protactors and calipers.
