For the narrower roads (3cm wide) how does 4x long straight, 8x short straight, 4x corner, 1x t-junction, 1x crossroad, 2x road end sound as a set. £10?

11cm and 8cm, respectively. 4+ feet of roads.

Sexy !

Do you have any plan to sell some "multiscale" tile that would allow connecting the 3cm and the 5cm road together ? I'd like the 5cm one as main avenue, but having smaller side street would be nice :)

One more question, how wide is the foot bridge on the canal set? It looks pretty good for an epic bridge just by eye.

The 3cm set is going to have an adaptor in it.

It's 40mm. However, it does'nt have ramps. Much easier to scale the road bridge down.

What will the dimensions be for the 15mm baseplates?

10x10cm and 10x13cm.

When the large two-piece baseplates for the 30mm roads are ready they'll be followed by the same for 15mm.

These look really good, but I'm not sure I like the grooves - real roads are continuous, not made of tiles!

Could these be made without the grooves or are they a fundamental part of the system (ie for snapping off variable lengths). Not sure if I could be bothered to fill them in and sand them smooth...

They could be done like that. I had made them sectional too look like military roads (generally concrete slabs, they need the expansion slots) and also because the imperium insists that everything be modular sections.

Good point - in fact the Urban Road is sectional as well (can't remember if the old FW roads were as well).

Willpower... crumbling...

Pity you can't throw a few double-headed eagles on there.
They'd look lovely etched into the surface. :-)

These look great! Just wish there were more T's and X-roads. Could you perhaps sell extras (of all types) as an add on pack? It would be great to get 2 per current pack as buying two packs of the current sets each doesn't quite make a grid.

I'll be buying no matter what though ;)

Not into the surface, but they sell brass eagles for your convenience...

Here's an example of something you could make with two of each (the box is 2ft square). I agree it could do with a couple of extra junctions but it could also use some more road to go to/from the city area. It's suprising how much road gets used up filling in the grid.
