Work has finally started. made a few changes to my plan and have gone back to good old 2'x2' boards, also decided to stick with z scale models. the N scale cathedral would have looked ok just a building built on a grand scale but would have been too big for the board I am doing.

The steps are too big.

Don't get me wrong, it's awesome, but I think fixing that'd really help get the scale to seem right.

In the 41st millenium their is "Health and Safety" requirements!!!

Yeah I see your point about the stairs and I originally planned the to be smaller but ended up struggling to get them to stick to anything but my hands (not having a good time working in 6mm scale).

Thanks for the tips Maddoctor about the roofs, will get some additions to them after the next few boards are built.

Anyone have any tips for making sandbags? so far I have been struggling with modelling clay to make them
