It would be difficult to make SF Gothic buildings without edging in on IP issues, I'd guess. That is one of the great strengths of the s6 line, IMO; it's completely IP neutral.

Does an IP run for 800 years? Who owns the IP of Notre Dame of the Cologne Cathedral?

True enough, and I'd guess the Catholic Church? Scott would be better able to elaborate, but I suspect there are also limits to what can be done with laser-cut acrylic. Just speculation, though.

For no reason at all, I have been running image searches for gothic and neogothic structures. Here is one that I think would look right at home in some future gothic universe:

In Pittsburgh, PA

When I lived in RI, always liked the Bank of America building. Technically art deco I think, but it would fit in.

:-) Grandma Wendy, of course, it's in their sourcebook.

If only those FW cathedrals were readily available for anyone to purchase. If only...

Too three-dimensional. I am considering a second set of the modular ruins with more gothic windows but all of the layering and buttressing isn't something I could duplicate.

On a unrelated note......That side project you were working on? The casting one? Is that ready for mass production?
