Hi folks
I was just wondering about the height of trees in epic. Any body any ideas?
I have some little trees from a model shop about 2.5cm tall, now these look ok next to my infantry, but look small next to the vehicles.
So what does anybody else use as their woods and what height do they go to?
I suppose it depends on the type of tree as some trees should be taller than a titan (?). And others just taller than a armoured vehicle.

Call me old fashioned but I still like the old 25mm K&M trees which were used in the old White Dwarf articles. Sure Woodland Scenics and others produce more realistic trees but there's just a certain magic about those old trees which I dig.
Cheers!

I havn't been able to find dead trees anywhere and green trees look out of place on a barren stony waste. But I found that it is reasonably easy to make them yourself out of steel wire and green stuff/plasticine. I'm a bit in doubt about the colour though. I could use a brownish variation but since the terrain I use is a reddish brown/rusty it would give a poor contrast, especially since light conditions are rarely optimal during gaming. So I opted for a burned variant in black/grey/white.

With some models. The bases of the trees still are not finished though.
