Thanks, the Space marines I have are Dark Angels. I have received some painted Ultra Marines. I was unsure if I wanted to mix them on the table. Sounds like these two chapters will be assisting each other.

Quick question that I am unsure of, Will the Marine Chapters mix for particular battles? For example, would it be a problem for the Blood Angels and Ultra Marines to be in the same "Army" or is that too strange? Thanks dafrca |

Hi! I do that all the time. I would say unless some specific fluff dictates otherwise they could do it. There are far more examples of cooperation than "pure" chapter battles. Primarch |

As long as we keep within the rules (mostly SM1) for fielding forces, there is no problem ! ? Like a DA Bn ?fighting side by side with a UM or BA Bn, etc ! ?Go for it ! ? It's in the fluff too !

Like Primarch says, it's mostly OK. However, there are a couple of exceptions. -Space Wolves and Dark Angels have animosity. -Iron Hands don't like anybody as all outsiders are weak. -Raven Guard don't like Blood Angels as they think the BAs to be brutish and unsophisticated. -Some of the Codex extremists don't like Raven Guard as their doctrine resembles too much of that of the Alpha Legion. |
