The competition thread is locked so the answer goes here.

The PSI titans were never developed fully. Only the original Adeptus Titanicus rulebook has a little fluff of them:

"The Divisio Telepathica operates the dreaded Psi-titans, and is somewhat smaller than either the Divisio Militaris and Divisio Mandati. The telepath orders, each operate from a secret Forge World near the heart of the Imperium".

So that's that. However, the volume one of the Imperial Armour states that Mars has three titan legions, two of which are classified. Hmmmm.  :;):

And after I had looked up that little piece of fluff above I realized that there is insignia for the Divisio Telepathica in p.7 of the Adeptus Titanicus rulebook. After I went through the trouble of inventing one  myself AND painting it to a banner, no less.  :(

Do you mean the sysmbols on the right hand side of the page?  I thought they referred to the Divisio Investigatus text above them?

Thanks Mojarn! I always wondered what they were all about. I like the idea of advanced Warlords supporting the titan legions.

Are these part of independant fighting groups or attached to Titan Legions when needed? Or are they part of titan legions like normal titans?

IMO it's pretty clear: The Divisio Militaris fluff has the Divisio symbol on top of it. Then there are flluff sections for Divisio Mandati, Telepathica and Investigatus. Then three symbols. The fist and the book must be Divisio Mandati symbol. the middle is Telepathica and the anvil fits Divisio Investigatus very well.

PS, I want one!

The fluff text seems to implicate that they operate as legions. However, in my (yet to be finished) fluff  they are more like Grey Knights in that very rarely is an entire legion of Psi Titans fielded at once. The titans are rare and so usually individual battlegroups are "lent" to Divisio Militaris legions on semi-permanent assignments. The titans are painted in colors of the legio they are supporting but carry Divisio Telepathica banner and no legio banner.

I'll post it there all right when it's ready. But I must war you that it took me about a year to hack together the Exodite fluff for the Net Epic armylist.  }:)
