My knights are red and gold following the traditional AdMech colour scheme and my skitarii infantry will also be in the same colour scheme.

But what about tanks? Would skitarii tanks (Leman Russes, Chimeras, Stormblades etc) also be painted in these colours, or would they be painted differently (ie drab grey or camouflage)?

I think there would be at least some red on there. I went with the old style soviet scheme with most of the model being olive gray and red accents.
