may take both Barge and Slavebringer upgrades to one unit ?
and if yes then lets say my Coterie rides in Barge and Slavebringer is separate activation ?

No you cannot take both. Once you take a Slavebringer you cannot take any other vehicle upgrades. Also, you cannot split up your formations into separate activations.
With that said, the list doesn't make theat entirely clear. The Slavebringer rule IMO needs some revamping. Thanks for the good catch - I'll make sure we change that to be more explicit (or just add the Slavebringer to the 1/3 WE list).

that would be better
now slavebringer is both separate activation and upgrade...
and although both take transport capacity they were both takeable
definately move slavebringer from upgrades
