Post subject:  TP Dark Eldar catch

A local player has been lamenting ad nauseam that they were no longer able to FF or support from Raiders and the Barge of Pleasure like in Raiders 2.0. I finally had some time to go back through all the Dark Eldar posts from Moscovian, Chroma and Spectrar Ghost (the (Dark) Eldar ACs since Raiders 2) hunting for where this change might have been introduced. I was unable to find any mention of it, so...

Dark Eldar Raiders and Barges of Pleasure now have a new unit note:

Units being transported may shoot and use their firefight value in an assault or to lend support.


My best guess as to what happened is that I copy-and-pasted way back at the start of the TP from the Ork Trukk or Junka Trukk, which had that note removed.

I have a standing policy of just blaming Moscovian. It has worked well for me.
