OK I would like a PM from the interested candidates, with the following:

1) I would like a brief set of thoughts on want changes you would do for the list in question….

2) Number of people in your play group and how often you think you can play….

OK, when Applying please take the following into consideration:

1) If you are successful, then I hope you would help, play testing other eldar lists. To help them meet approval.

2) That the list will be formatted in the same style as the current Biel-Tan 4.2 list.

I intend to keep this open for two weeks and will review the candidates...
