Is there a list of the changes made to the E:A Eldar list (aside from ditching Soul Stones) to create the NetEA Biel-Tan list?

I'd prefer to use this locally but I want to be able to explain to people what the changes are.

pulse weapons no longer fire D3 shots, but 2 per turn, this was introduced to encourage players to be more mobile instead of sitting around and sustaining

there are probably others, I think fire prisms were changed to AT2+ lance but lost the AA capability... fire prisms and firestorms gained transport capability I believe......

AFAIK there isn't a definitive list of changes as they tend to happen gradually.... probably worth reading through and making a list of your own

Fire Prism formation was ditched and changed into upgrades (swaps) for Falcons, Falcons were also changed to 5-6 instead of straight 5. Warp Spiders lost Wave Serpent transport at some point I believe (they're too good at clipping assaults and needed some kind of nerf)

Actually Fire Prisms have no transport capacity - Firestorms and Nightspinners gained it. Both had a transport capacity of 6 in 40k at the time (I think Nightspinners lost it when they went to plastic?), and it allowed some neat things for variant lists like allowing Wave Serpents to upgrade to Falcons, Firestorms (for organic AA) or Nightspinners (for barrage). I'm not sure the concept has evenr gone anywhere.
