Post subject:  Eldar Exodites List

As the topic title suggests I was looking for a army list for Eldar Exodites. All I could find on the matter was a topic about how L4 wants to paint them and that Glyn was making one kinda maybe ish?

Glyn is the one that was working on it. He put the project on hold because of schooling I believe.

I haven't seen Glyn on the boards for awhile wanted to know if someone else had anything on them? Chroma?

My interest in mainly due to the 6mm Dino's someone produce ::) and the fact my wife has agree to play Epic if she gets to use them. So I need a list for her! I don't know that much about the old Eldar fluff so I'm not sure where to begin even if i wanted too. I know they have Dino's and Knight sometimes? And there like the Eldar Amish =)

I haven't seen any updates for them in a while, I'll see what I can find via GlynG.

I have a deal with her. Put so far only one game. The 1 demo scenario from the rule book. But she has painted all of my Eldar for Epic =)

Chorma, Poke Glyn extra hard if he doesn't produce anything. =)

Dang limited edition! Looks to be sold out already :( If I'd known about it I'd have bought and read a copy and then sold on.

I have a very old (practically ancient in EA terms) Exodite list drafted by Sotec, if anyone wants a copy.

Just had a quick look and I'm not all that fussed on that list either, I think they could be done a lot better. I agree on the scouts and I was thinking of the army having a number of disrupt weapons (or possibly a special weapon rule where you roll to hit and give blast markers per disrupt but don't actually damage the target) in order to represent the tools/guns used to stun the dinosaurs.

If I get a chance this Autumn/Winter once my master's is complete I'd like to try and dig out and finish off my own attempt at and Exodite list and post it up. That's not a promise for that timescale though; I don't know where I'll be living or doing by then or even in which country.

I just report the news; I don't make it. ;)

Seriously, it's like 7 years old. It's a pretty conservative list based on something like Eldar 6.0. Lots has changed since then. I only posted it for reference, not as an endorsement. Gut it. Rip ideas. Or just ignore it.
