Aircraft that land by planetfall
are treated in the same manner as a landed aircraft (see
4.2.5), and they may take off again later in the game

1)Can i fire with the vampir rider and the troop that disambark or to use the Aircraft just to assult with the troops ?(i am talking about the vampier rider)
2)Can the vampir rider fire on it on on the enamy formation on the round when it planetfall?

Planetfalling aircrafts are activated normally once they are on the ground. So you can take Advance or Engage if you want. Remember that the WEs and their transported troops are treated as one formation, so they take same action before the troops disembark.

This means that you can take Sustain with the Vampire. But then troops cannot disembark. Advance allows troops to disembark and fire normally. Sneaky Eldar could also take double and move out, shoot and move back in :).
To expand on what Hena said, when a WE transport planetfalls onto the battlefield as part of the Spaceship's activation, the troops have the option to disembark immediately. If they do, the WE and the troops are now separate formations, each capable of activating separately. Depending upon circumstances, it may be more sensible for the unarmoured Guardians to remain on board after planetfalling. But this does provide a very tempting target for your opponent; the Vampire (and it's contents) are likely to discover the true meaning of the phrase "bullet magnet":). However, if you are planning to retain and assault, then it may be more sensible to disembark (especially if the target is more than 15 cms away).

Another sneaky thing to remember is that while troops are onboard, they and the transport are considered to be a single formation - so the transport acquires the special abilities of any character it carries. This means that the Vampire could launch an assault, using the Guardian's Farseer to combine other nearby formations (like the Firedragons). Doing so allows you to increase the size of the attacking formation and gain 'Inspiring' Exarchs in the Firedragons - and possibly have enough firepower to take down the even biggest titan.

However, (depending upon circumstances) you could potentially planetfall the two vampires next to several weaker enemy formations, retain with the Firedragons (supported by Guardians) and retain a second time with the Guardians (supported by Firedragons). This way you get two large attacks with similar numbers of dice and still get the support of the vampires and other nearby troops. (Note, however that you will only get to use the 'inspiring' Exarchs in one assault resolution; the Guardians are much weaker in assaults unless you can find a way to soak off enemy hits; and the number of Eldar units in each attack are significantly reduced.

Finally, the Vampire may disengage in the end phase providing that no troops have used a consolidation move to embark into them after an assault. Note Hena's sneaky double move to disembark, move, shoot, retire and embark is not a consolidation.

Hen is correct that if the formations are off-table, you cannot use "Commander" to combine them in any way. Equally, other than planetfalling, you may only bring one one formation at a time.

However, once the formations are on-table, then you can use the special abilities of the characters, so the Guardians can use the Farseer's "Commander" ability to combine the Firedragons in the assault (picking up their 'inspiring' Exarch to help with the assault resolutiion).
