I've faced Space Marine armies with titans before, and they provide a stronger test for Scorpions, both in terms of being shot, and in terms of causing damage once their shields are down, so perhaps playing a larger game, so that your Space Marine opponent can take some titans might be a productive next step?

It always helps when you have a wide range of opposing armies to face.

I think that Imperial Guard will be a stiff test for the Eldar with all that fire power, so I'll be interested to see how the revised units perform against them.
