The board have voted and Iyanden V4.2 is APPROVED!!

Guys, please don't think approval status will stop further work and adjustment to the list. I know concerns were raised prior to the approval process and I will continue to monitor those areas. Please keep posting Batreps and thoughts so that the list may be monitored to make sure it is balanced and enjoyable to play with and against.
