I just realised that stealth as a contingent is 275 points but for a half-formation upgrade it's 125 points...
How did we reach the conclusion that 6 units is worth an extra 25 points on top of what 2x 3 unit upgrades does?
Should we pay more for the upgrade or less for the formation?
I'm a bit stumped...

Can't the contingent teleport where the upgrade can't unless added to a Stealth contingent?

Chroma is essentially right Dobbsy.
The point is as an upgrade, it's not as useful. As a stand alone formation, it gains some potential to be more annoying.
Going back in time now... yes, we were going to lower the points cost of the stealth as they were too expensive all together. However, the addition of teleport means we need to now playtest them at the current points level and the increase in contingent vs. upgrade may be warranted as the seperate contingent has more flexability on the field.
For 4.3.2, personally, I'd recommend we keep the points as is and give them some vault testing.
