I just got the email from FW. They're claiming that IA3 will be out in September.
That really sucks about the new toys, though. I wanted to field some of the new HH turrets in 40k.

Don't know if this has been brought up (looked but didn't see anything on it) but what happens to the list when this book comes out? It seems it will have its own E:A list for it's models. Will we still be using the one on Specialist, or will be be hybriding it somehow, or will we have a choice on which one to use? |

I think JG is someone on pause. We'll probably have to wait and see how the new list plays. If people love the new list, well... if it's not working, then development here will definitely continue. However, whether both or one works better, there's no reason development here cannot continue. I suspect a lot of it is going to be - play it by ear. |

I believe JG has stated that Forgeworld is using the 4.0 version of our list, with the models they don't make removed. Thusly, I don't think that (beyond additional backround) the Taros Campaign Book will affect us so much. |

Yes, that's what Jervis told me some months back... they might even have switched to v4.1 in the meantime. In any event, Taros will have no impact on official Tau stuff, in no system. FW was only allowed any changes/new additions to the Tau under the strict pre-requisite that it has to be *campaign specific*. |

I still have to wonder if this will be a full army list or just a listing of Epic stats for the various units that FW produces. ?I hope it's the latter as I'm tasked to work up the Elysians once my copy arrives at my door. |
