Ok after the advice, and seeing a couple other lists here I came up with this one... again pretty balanced with no air power yet (i'll get there, i'm getting the ground stuff taken care of first)

Post subject:  Revised 3000 point list...
First impression of this list, is that its pretty solid!

I like the way you've added Hammerheads to your shas'la formations, so they won't have to walk after the first AT casualty. I'm assuming you're going to have at least one of them be an IC hammerhead, to provide the AA cover you'll need with no airforce of your own.

The Pathfinder formations, what role do you envision them having? I can't say I can see them in any particular role in this list... especially with no dedicated GM units.

Overall, I think you have very few GM units, but that might be a choice you've made. Personally, I'd have a Stingray, or Narwhal snuck in somewhere!
