Is there a generally accepted number of suits per base? the background dictates 3 crisis suits (3 minds, one purpose) but is this the same for broadsides and stealthsuits?

A Crisis Battlesuit Cadre is composed of 4 Crisis Battlesuit
units. Crisis Battlesuits are Infantry so a unit (or stand) should have 3 to 7 models (see 1.1.2 main rule book) . Most people use 3 Crisis suits to a stand as that is more economical and is probably most representative of their stats.
