Anyone bothering to use the junior Crisis Suit commander? Is there a case for dropping his cost from +50pts to +25pts? Also, is Bonded Team for Fire Warriors seeing a great ammount of use? If not, perhaps making it the same as the Shas'el upgrade will kill another bird with the same stone, so to speak. |

I did think about dropping the price of the Shas'el, to 25pts. Bonded Team is one of the more useful upgrades, I would say I use it in maybe 50% of games - even if its only on the odd one formation. |

I tend to use one in each game as well - I seem to often have 25 points left over! Its a nice upgrade for any formation you expected to be taking fire on a lot. The other chap, what does he do? Grant co-ord fire and an extra shot? |

Coord Fire, an extra shot, and Leader. Objectively, better than Bonded Team, but subjectively I'd never take it as-is. Another option could be to give Crisis formations Shas'els as standard, and have the SC as the only commander upgrade option for them. Which makes a deal of sense I suppose, as Crisis formations would generally have someone leading them I guess! Some points nudging would be required. |

Seriously? If we continue to make these changes why don't you just re-write the entire list? When will it end? people complain it's been 5 years since the Tau came out - this is why. |

We're at a stage now where all we're looking at doing is trying to make some of the unused upgrades worth taking; that's pretty much the final phase of list development. |

We're down to about the last 5% of little problems... the list could probably be finalized as-is and be fine IMO. So these last few months before December are the last chance to get any fixes for the remaining minor problems implemented before the list is set in stone. |
