CS, is there a reason why the 4.4.3 Crisis suits have MW for their plasma rifles but those weapons don't confer MW in FF? Do they not use these weapons in FF? I'm confused. |

Why would they use the Plasma weapons in FF when other units dont use theirs? I felt that returning the MW in a FF would go back to the original stats of a couple of editions ago, and the MW in a FF was one of the reasons that lead to their removal in the first place. |

Umm what units don't use their MW in FF? CS, all instances of Infantry weapons I can think of that have MW shooting confer MW in a FF situation. Fire Dragons do. Wraithguard do. Pariahs do. These are just 2 army lists of course but I don't have time this morning to check all lists. It didn't make sense to change it first time to me and it still doesn't now you've adjusted it again. My question is, the MW FF was removed due to how many people complaining about it last time? 1? 5? 100? I think I know the answer. Crisis are hard. If you want to tangle with them in FF they will hit you hard. Having a half/half design makes no sense. "Enemy closing Shas'o" "Very well, but don't use your plasma rifles as it costs too much to fire them! We have to think of the costs accrued during this campaign. We can win the battle of attrition if we conserve our costs men!" sigh.... |

I don't really use Crisis Suits much but I could see myself using them more if they had MW FF and I have to say that it makes more sense to me for them to have MW. |

E&C swears by them with ablative drones attached. Will try them on mass some day. |
