Got my goods, anybody else have broplems with broken minis?
I had 5/16 broken Crisis suits!, couple broken FW:s and Drones, miscast Devilfish & Tetra

This is fairly common, I am afraid. Mine always seem to be Stealth Teams - they break at the waist for me. Kroot are fairly fragile too, and the Fire Warrior mold seems to be getting old and are sometimes miscast. A quick call to FW and they are usually great about getting them sorted out.

Unfortunately, the F/W Tau & Kroot are pretty delicate. I don't know if they are making them in the new resin. That might help.  They are trying to make everything "in scale" with the 40K model(s). I think they should thinken out barrels, ankels, etc., just to make them more "Gamer Friendly" !  Not to mention the care you have to take painting them !      :angry:   :blush:

Mine have 2 different colorshades, so they might be different, have to check witch ones are broken...
Thick basecoat should help with delicate arms & legs & detail that the minis had... :D

If its not a rude question, roughly how much would you say your FW Tau army has cost?

(In case I should start arranging a 2nd mortgage for when I decide to go for it! :D )

Right now, my TAU has cost me 323?, for now, theres about 5000+ pts worth of minis, still have more to buy, Devilfishes, Hammerheads, Barracudas, Pathfinders... :p

Yes. The Epic rules just give guidelines regarding base sizes, and anything within these limits is fine - even in the same army. I use different bases for different units, to help tell them apart on the battlefield.

Maybe I will have to post my current force list...

The Tau are the most Hi-tech Force in the Epic Universe :alien: (notably ahead of the Eldar) ... and the most expensive ! :;):
