Personally, I don't see anything wrong with printing things for friends, even for a nominal fee to cover printing costs. I might not even have a problem with someone making knock-off copies of OOP rare minis (like a Psi-Titan) and charging me the cost of materials. However, I do see a big difference between that and trying to make a profit on ebay.
