Yes, absolutely.  That's what I did for the Dark Eldar.  But there are units in Epic that don't exist in their 40K 'models' so we're forced to 'build' them.  Ex. The Dark Eldar needed all three air units, the Executor, the Perditor, the BoP, and the VoP.  I also had to do up some of the other units only because I couldn't find them.

Then you have to 'base' them, clean up the images, etc.  It is my first try so I am sure they came out sub-par, but I'll let y'all know how it goes.  Tau IMO will be difficult to draw up the units but there might be some program that makes it easier to build them.  That's why I emailed Dezartfox... To get as much help as possible.
