FF4+ for me. 5-6 Fire Warriors (with markerlight support) puts out the same short-range firepower as a Space Marine Devastator stand or a Dark Reaper aspect stand. That would be FF3+, reduced by one pip for the general tau-aren't good-in-assaults rule. So, FF4+.
Would that make Fire Warriors "Death Incarnate at short range", and take a lot of re-balancing? Oh, yes. It would definitely need a lot of playtesting. That's why I can live with FF5+ right now.
