Generic Marines vs. two different Tau lists.


In the first game we tried out a Manta. By the end of the second activation of turn two it was broken and had 2dc remaining, after I Engaged it (intermingled with some Fire Warriors), won by 6 and crumbled 6dc off it.

I'd say it's maybe worth 450-500 points with its current stats. Certainly not 700 points.

Game two was against a more typical tau list, and I lost the game 3-1 (T&H, Blitz, HtL vs BTS) on turn 3.
