On the orca, yes.
The 40K model has a drop down system that spins 360' from the underbelly of the vehicle.

And what about that "drone drop" rule?
I have another idea (I tried this one only a couple o' times, so I cannot really say if it's good or not, I just liked the idea)...
Why don't we simply add "4 drones" and "8 drones" to the cargo capacity of Orca and Manta respectively? It's something like grotz on orkish vehikles, re-made in a Tauish way! And looking the FW 40K Orca model it seems that the vehicle has some "drones only" cargo bays, so, why don't give it a try? It's fun to have the possibility to deploy Crisis cadres and their "shields" alltogether!!! Really!!!
